Menor de edad Nakipagbuno sa Gwardiya matapos mahuling nagnakaw sa isang Convenient store
THIS VIDEO FOOTAGE PROVED THAT,THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD PASSED THE LAW THAT FROM 13 YEARS OLD.YOUNG CRIMINALS WHO CONSIDERED MINORS MUST FACE THE CONSEQUENCES SAME TO THOSE WHO COMMIT CRIMES WITH AGE BRACKET OF 18 YEARS AND ABOVE.
These young men,stole money from a Convenient Store without hesitation considering the store was still open and in fact all the staff including the Security Guard was present at that time.These young men here are what they called "RUGBY BOYS" boys who inhaled Solvent and Rugby to Get high and eventually get Addicted.these guys has no regard to authorities and relentless on doing whatever they want such as Stealing,Destroying Properties,Vandalalizing,Rape you name it they can do it,fearlessly.
As seen in the Video,the Security guard tried his best to Stop them.but this young Addicts are so determined to get some money to satisfied their craving for their vices.while the guard wrestles with the Tallest member of the group It was intensed..the other was trying to Stab the guard to help his fellow addict to scape.
while the commotion was happening the store staff tried to called the police but sadly they arrived a little late,the group has already gone.
when the video was shown to the police.Immediately they Identified the group.According to the police these are minors and they caught this same group several times.but sadly the law was adamant to avoid these teen criminals from going to jail.Clearly this are the reason why this young addicts continue to do what they do. because they are confident that they will not be punished or send to jail because they are to young..In some ways the Law somehow Protect them..
