A lot of people commonly get confused about the difference
between Anxiety and Depression
Depression and Anxiety disorders are different, but people
with depression often experience symptoms.
Similar to those of an Anxiety disorder, such us
irritability, panic attacks or nervousness and problems sleeping and focusing.
But each disorder has its unique causes and its own behavioral and emotional
symptoms.
Most people
who suffers from depression have a history of an anxiety disorder earlier in
life.
There are no
clear proof that one disorder causes the other, but there is a clear evidence
that many people experience of suffer from both disorders.
Although Mental health Doctors affirmed that Anxiety and Depression
are commonly hereditary or inherit from bloodline of a Family. But in my own
personal Experience, I myself was severely suffered for 5 years and it changed
my life and the way people look at me, even my own wife had no idea what the
hell I’m going through. Basically they considered me weak minded and worse they
get tired of trying to understand my sufferings and deep emotional changes. It
breaks my heart, they considered me from going mad to crazy. So there are no
exceptions to these kind of mental disorders. Usually people do not know or had
no idea that he has it. Till they seek help from different specialist Doctors
such as Cardiologist etc. But they all end up to a particular Doctor a
Psychiatrist.
