He became the Congressman in Zamboanga del Norte and became famous of that.
He had been convicted for raping in 1996 and eleven year old girl.
On 2009 he walked out of prison, and the Supreme court finalized it on 2013 the he can no longer be on a Public offce.

Was the first Filipino sentenced by death penalty,and executed by lethal injection, on February,05,1999
He was convicted by raping his own daughter many times.

he became a police hater, when his wife was raped by a policeman,and he suffered by a police brutallity he was hit by a hard chair in the head and electrocuted his genitals, he became a notorious killer of policeman, he killed 7 policeman and he also ecploites have come to robberies, murder and drug trafficking,
Ben's life was enden on March 1981 friday the 13th, when a Police chased him and shot him, and he was only 23 years old at that time.

Was born in Ilocos Sur in a good family, lawless man and was turned into a man of law.
The son of the Governor, He bring terror spreading in their province and became headlines.
he was imprisoned in Muntinlupa and sentenced to a Double life imprisonment covicted for Arson.
He eventaully changed and became the Congressman of Quezon City first District.
